Her leadership style is underpinned by integrity and high ethical standards. Of note is Zubeida's ability to recognise potential, maximise growth and development while leading her team to achieve high levels of productivity and satisfaction. She never forgets basic needs like food (smile).”" - 2012
"“We (Mxit) worked with Zubeida and her team on a project that was one of the first of its kind and was a tremendous success. The campaign idea and technology used pushed boundaries in an organization that is not known for adopting new ideas...projects like this require huge energy, drive, commitment and charisma...Zubeida is not short of any of these qualities when working on something she believes in.” " - 2011
"“Implementing the Bokamoso Ba Rona Program with Zubeida required innovation, persistence and highly developed Program Management Competence. She consistently kept her focus on the higher order outcomes of the Campaign whilst attending (when required) to the people and process aspects. In delivering the Youth Dialogue Forums (part of the BBR) she orchestrated participation of close on three hundred South African Youth in a complex process using quite advanced thinking, programming methodologies. Her relations with her team are exemplary of knowing the difference between the personal touch, the directive and understanding the strengths and application potential of each member. As a client she is clear on what she wants done, assumes that the advice you provide is genuine and the best at the time. She questions relentlessly in seeking to understand the process, the deliverables and their relationship to the outcome. then she lets you do your thing. She consistently gives constructive feedback allowing for better alignment.” " - 2011
