Xoli Mavikela is currently the Head of Corporate Resourcing with Woolworths responsible for Resourcing inclusive of Recruitment, Assessment (psychometric & non psychometric) policies,strategy, processes, procedures & services.

Previously, Xoli was a National Recruitment Manager for Metropolitan Health Group responsible for recruitment activities in the entire Group.

Before joining MHG, Xoli was part of the Turnaround Strategy (Consulting) for the National Ministry of Home Affairs heading the recruitment project and services.

Xoli has extensive recruitment experience gained from Private Sector (Finace, Building and Construction), Government. and Recruitment Agencies. She has extensive project recruitment, she headed the Gautrain recruitment centre where she employed +/ 3400 people in a period of 2 years for the project.
