A well diversified project manager for the past five years at the helm of Senior Manager: Client Relation, for Learn2Think (Pty) LTD. I was part of the senior management (MANCO) , which most of its functions were to provide strategic direction & support, and steering the business to adopt new benchmarks and methodologies to increase the bottom line. The core purpose of my role was to ensure that all our clients receive maximum value from our services and craft contextualised learning platforms to enable organisations to unlock the full capabilities of their organisation’s human capital in order to achieve strategic imperatives. Key responsibilities were to build sustainable business relationships with all our clients and affinity partners and to secure contracts and annuity income from blue chip companies nationally and internationally, managing each account as a business growth opportunity at all levels.
