William has been engaged in the construction equipment industry since 1980, in various positions and companies. he became a member of the South African institute of management in 1990,after having been promoted to service manager at the then Blackwood Hodge, the Terex and JCB agency in South Africa. He occupied the position of National sales manager at Wacker Construction equipment from 1998 to 2004, whom he left to join Barloworld Equipment's new Rental company, where he remains as sales and marketing manager.
