Vusi N. Ngema has since his second year at the university, involved in the banking industry, financial services sector. He started from Absa Bank Student bureo( a banking facility for students in KZN universities), he then climbed the ladder to being a business analyst for Corporate and Business Banking Division at Absa as well. He then joined Nedbank Corporate at provincial level as a Portfolio manager also for corporate clients. His massive experiance in financial servies sector leaded his appointments at different companies for non-executive positions including his appointments as a non-executive director at Greytide Holdings and as an Independent Chairman at RMI Holdings LTD where he is also a co-founder.He is also a member and contractor of University of KwaZulu-Natal Research Institute.
