Born 19-07-1964 in France

M'zée Fula Ngenge founded JFPI Corporation in 1982, which later became Africa's largest private holding and empowerment company. He became the world's first Diamantaire of African descent in 1986, immediately after opening a diamond manufacturing plant in Mbuji-Mayi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In December 1999, he established the African Diamond Council (ADC), Africa's official diamond governing body.
