Implement the YPO International membership strategy in Africa. Analyse the potential for YPO growth in the African market (excluding North Africa), identify potential markets and develop regional strategic plans. Maintain communication and support regional and chapter Membership Officers in Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Mauritius and South Africa). Market and put on membership drive events in the region. Contribute to the planning of the Membership Officers Workshop at the Global Leadership Conference in Toronto, Canada where the leadership of YPO chapters are trained, attending and writing board papers for regional board meetings, participating in global and regional strategic planning sessions, international and regional management team meetings.
