Tandabantu Goba is registered as a Professional Engineer. He has established a consulting engineering practice with Ebenezer Moahloli. It was initially for only Eastern Cape and Gauteng, which multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm has since grown to more than 500 staff, and has been involved in several award winning projects in SA, including the Nelson Mandela Bridge in Johannesburg and some soccer stadiums for the 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament. He is also active as a Mentor for young entrepreneurs for the Umsobomvu Youth Fund.
