Lionel Louw is National Director of Harold Wolpe Memorial Trust. He was previously Head of the Office of the Premier in the Western Cape, until 2008. He was Acting Director at the University of Cape Town School of Social Work. He was participant of the Congress of the Intl Association of Schools of Social Work in Israel.
