Marketing Skills Development Manager, BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO PLC

I am the Marketing Skills Development Manager for British American Tobacco South Africa. I have 15 years experience in the field of skills development and more specifically marketing skills. I have a BA degree from USB with major in Psychology. We are at the fore front of, on the job training and development. We provide employees the opportunity to obtain an internationally recognised diploma in Customer Management NQF Level 5 (Equivalent of a diploma/degree in Marketing) as well as a Line Managers Development Program (Equivalent of post Grad Diploma/Degree in HR Management) NQF Level 6. This is linked to our responsibility towards transformation and BBBEE.
