Koos Roelofse

Koos Roelofse has obtained a B.Comm degree and various other Qualifications in the Business and Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Environments. In his career spanning more than 29 years he has established himself as a Qualified and Skilled Master in the ICT and Business Environments. He has held various senior positions in the Public Sector and the ICT Industry and is a passionate Entrepreneur and Business Man, an Inventor, Author and Writer. In Collaboration with leading Industry Partners (DM Kisch Intellectual Property Attorneys and JUTA) he has published his academic oriented book entitled “From Innovation To Profit”. Koos has also published two Poetry Collections and his book “There aint no God in Church no more” based on his personal experiences.

He has managed various IT Departments for leading Public Sector, Corporate and ICT Companies and has successfully management and implemented multiple multimillion rand projects. Together with excellent personal skills and professional and tertiary qualifications, linked with vast experience in the Business, Programme and ICT Environments, he has build many relationships with stakeholders at the most senior level, and assisted clients and partners to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels. He is currently a Senior Consultant and Adviser for the ICT and Business Communities.

His experience covers a magnitude of industries / sectors ranging from the overall ICT Sector (more than 29 years), Public Sector (more than 20 years), Financial Sector (more than 5 year) and Mining Sector (approximately 5 years). His experiences in the ICT Industries ranges from Systems Engineering and Implementation (20 years), Architecture and Infrastructure (20 years), Business Analysis and Strategic Planning (20 years), Communications and Networking (15 years), Programme and Project Management (20 years) and Contract and Vendor Management (more than 20 years).

Koos is also a dedicated and passionate family man, poet, play- & songwriter and part time musician.
