Nicole Flint is the reigning Miss South Africa 2009. She was also a contestant for the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas on 23 August 2010. Before winning the coveted Miss SA title, Nicole had been involved in various charities and fundraising projects. She attended Damelin College, where she received the award for top Radio and TV student which led to her stint as The Young Apprentice on the Jacaranda 94.2 Breakfast Show. Once she has fulfilled her duties as Miss SA, Nicole hopes to complete a Journalism Diploma through the Tshwane University of Technology..
