Anthony Mongalo is Chief Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, NA and ME. He is the High Commissioner for Australia as well as the High Commissioner for New Zealand (non-resident). He attended a six week course at the British Civil Service College in London, with one week attachment to Department of Energy for the Oil Department. This was followed by a six week study visit to the United States of America. He spent two weeks spent with oil coys in Dallas.
