Makhenkesi Stofile is former Minister of Sport and Recreation Department ( 2009- 2010 ). He is the Chairman of the ANC Eastern Cape (since 1996). He is the Member of ANC NEC, member of Parliament: ANC: National Assembly. He sat on the 2010 FiFA World Cup LOC Board of Directors.
