Mike is a South African mining entrepreneur who is the founder and executive chairman of The AMARI Group which is a holding company with investments in sub-Sarahan African focused AMARI Resources and AMARI Land. Amari Resources is a mining resources venture capital development and investment business with interests in Manganese, Platinum, Nickel and Coal. AMARI Land is a large scale land development business with major city type projects adjoining international airports in both South Africa and DRC. Amongst his achievements within the resources sector, Nunn is recognized as the pioneer of the global tanzanite industry. As the founder and former CEO of AIM/LSE-listed TanzaniteOne Ltd, he developed a grassroots tanzanite exploration project into the world's leading miner and marketer of tanzanite.
