In this case, a demanding public, the ultimate consumer is requiring smooth roads, less maintenance, and less down time on free ways.

This research attempts to discover means of improving the quality of the product, asphalt in our roads by addressing the relationship of the core players in an organization’s quality management system. The supplier is an integral part on any quality system discussion, and it can be argued that supplier satisfaction and contribution will lead to customer satisfaction.
