Monthly Client VAT Invoicing
Debt Collection in respect of outstanding payments
Ensure effective utilization of resources
Monitor and implement price adjustments according to the contract with the client
Fixed Asset Control of all assets
Budget Control and Planning
Ensure maximum profitability of the unit
Implementing processes to ensure smooth operation of unit and utilization of manpower
Liaise with EXCO on operational issues when necessary
Attend to the smooth and effective operation of unit
Ensure that the menu cycles are correctly followed
Ensure that the all meals are made and served according to the clients’ set meal times
Ensure that all special diet meals are prepared in accordance with the dietician’s instructions
Ensure that quality food and service is provided to Clients
Attend to the smooth and efficient operations of special functions for Clients
Ensure that the Kitchens are clean and orderly and conform with Health & Safety Standards
Ensure that all Kitchen Equipment is clean and in working order
Arrange for faulty equipment to be serviced, repaired or replaced
Ensure that all staff are correctly dressed to satisfy statutory requirements as well as enhancing the image of the Company
To constantly be aware of the needs of the customer, continuously striving to create a service orientated environment
Deal with all Client queries and problems in a professional manner
To take necessary action in the event of burglary, theft, fire or breach of statutory regulations
Ensure that all staff documentation is completed accurately
To carry out On-the-Job Training as required.
Deal with staff problems and queries
Investigate Misconduct and Poor Performance
Report and complete all necessary documentation in respect of any injury on duty
