Success is the measure in which we keep stake holder buy in and this also refers to an individual’s own buy in into he’s own capabilities. Thus leading to a clear understanding in the individuals own value and the business value to the employer and their clients.

Over the last 12 years I have place emphasis on developing an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing business and IT, the challenges faced by the CxO level management of companies across industry and technology spanning, Finance, Insurance, Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing and others.

I am confident that my ability to grow, thrive and deliver under severe pressure emphasized by a strong KPI and goal driven personality have made me successful in my career within the Business and Information technology landscape.
