Mr Piet van Biljon has 38 years experience in the IT industry. Piet has a very strong technical background and has worked on numerous technical projects.

Mr van Biljon specialises in Project Management and has managed projects in Abu Dhabi, Paris and Libya. He attended project management and methodology training at Unisa, as well as the Ernst & Young head office in the USA.

Piet held numerous management positions during the latter part of his career. He was a director and one of the founding members of Quansim Systems where he was responsible for administration, projects and all operational matters.

Prior to that he was the General Manager - Operational Services at Top Info Outsourcing Solutions, a company specialising in the development and deployment of scanning and workflow solutions.

As a Regional Director in the Johannesburg office of Ernst & Young (E&Y) he was responsible for all technical IT projects. Piet was with E&Y for 12 years and has consulted at numerous clients and lectured on various aspects of the IT industry.

Piet is now retired and runs Melvin Residence Guest House in Arcadia, Pretoria

Piet managed the building operations and renovations to the property. He also designed the marketing brochures and implemented the website and online booking system. The guest house is now fully operational.
