Philip has been a chef for the past 24 years, gaining most of His experience with some of the most recognised chefs of our time, Raymond Blanc, Marco Pierre White and the Roux brothers. While working in the UK as a Executive chef he was awarded with a Michelin star. he has in many magazines and publications, the Times, Food and Home, Top Billing to name but a few. In South Africa he has been the executive chef in some of our most celebrated hotels, from the Cape Grace to the Palazzo.
