Stormers Flyhalf/Centre

Grant has entrenched himself as one the best flyhalf currently plying his trade in South Africa. The former Maritzburg boy rewarded Rassie Erasmus's faith in him during the 2008 Super 14, and was the kingpin in the Stormers' attacking arsenal. He is also a reliable goal-kicker. Grant, who is also comfortable at inside centre, was rewarded for some excellent performances with a call-up to the national side for the Tri-Nations in 2007 where he made his debut for his country. He is behind Ruan Pienaar at the minute in the Bok flyhalf queue. He will be aiming for an immense season for the Stormers in the 2009 Super 14 to really stake a claim for the Bok N0.10 jumper and to lay down a challenge to Pienaar - the Bok incumbent.
