Presently, Peter Bereta works as a Group Infra & Telecoms Architect for Absa Africa Technogy. His main responsibilities are to designin complex infrastructure and network systems which includes defining and governing group technology strategy, architecture, principles and standards pertaining to the domain. Prior to this position, Mr Bereta worked as an Executive Manager: IT at Bank Gaborone Ltd in Botswana for three years. During his stay in Gaborone, Peter reported directly to the Group MD, Mr Andre Barnard and it was Peters’ duties to manage all facets of the bank’s IT technology and its infrastructure through liaison with business users and clients. He has also driven a large number of successful projects all the way from inception through to execution and delivery. To name a few, Disaster Recovery with High Availability, Wincor Nixdorf ATM implementations, E2E Branch connectivity’s, Websites development, Business Intelligence systems, WAN, Contact centre etc.
Since his returned back home to South Africa, he has delivered world-class commercial Infrastructure services in the region. The services extend across the Infrastructure service stack.

Making the choice to do an MBA is a life-changing decision. The MBA programme consists of a total of twelve coursework modules and a dissertation.
