Pascal Paseka Motsoasele is a registered professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE), and a representative on the SABS' Technical Committee 74 (Communication Technologies). He is co-founder of a company called Cartess (http://cartess.freeoda.com), an ICT researcher and a senior engineer at Eskom. His interests are in business and research, particularly in the ICT arena.
