Author: Nokhanyo Madliwa-The impact of service delivery from Water Demand Management to low income communities | 2011

The service delivery from most municipal goverment departments is unsatifactory. The provision of basic water and sanitation services should granted to all the people out there in the low income communities. These services must be affordable for everyone.Response to the people's complaints should be done within a very short time. This does not always happen .Nokhanyo as the author of this dissertation has focused on the impact of service delivery from a goverment department to the low income communities of the Cape Metropole. The survey has been conducted to measure the perceptions of the citizens of Khayelitsha with regards to the quality of service delivery from Water Demand Management.Khayelitsha was sampled to be the focus point of this dissertation.
