Nkosianthi Freddy Ndlovu is South Africa Deaf activist,as well as Deaf Counsellor Inclusive Education Social Support in the Mpumalanga Department of Educatio and Regional Supevisor Kha Ri Gude Mass Literacy Campaign SA in Ehlanzeni District Municipality,is also currently National Deputy Chairperson Deaf Youth South Africa under Deaf Federation of South Africa DEAFSA, Member of the ANC Youth League in Mpumalanga, serve as iterim board member of the Mpumalanga Youth Economic Forum, member of the Disabled People of South Africa DPSA Mpumalanga and Organising/Planning committee of the World Federation for the Deaf Youth Section 06-14 July 2011 Durban South Africa

in 2008 Nkosinathi was elected as the Provincial Chaiperson Deaf Youth Federation OF Mpumalanga then during October the same year was deployed as National Deputy Chaiperson Deaf Youth South Africa in Durban city, and in 2009 was appointed as an Ambassador of the Parliamentary Millennium Programme National Youth Campaign South Africa a Project of the Parliament of the Republic South Africa
