Whilst being the Managing Director of DBS Human Capital, I have developed a unique recruitment and selection technique. A technique that we have tested from more than 3 years, in local and international markets. The process has been tested on all levels, but specifically on middle management to CEO level. Natural Aptitude Planning looks at how people behave under pressure and what they naturally tend to do in their work environments. These skills are normally not on any cv. DBS realized that a cv is a copy and pasted job description and that it does not show a person’s intellectual worth, their passion or what they are good at doing.

DBS now takes this into account when we interview and councel candidates. We also give clients access to this process.
