Mongezi is an organisation development specialist, organisational learning expert & Executive coach with 20 years of working with organisations and leadership in corporate and NGO's.
He is a Chairperson of the South African National Youth Orchestra Foundation, Chairman of the Portfolio committee on Membership Criteria and Standards of Competence, Non-Executive Director at the Johannesburg Youth Orchestra, Chairman of The Entrepreneurship Academy Of Southern Africa, and Managing Director of The Coaching Community group.
He is the founding member of the SIG on Consulting and Coaching psychology with the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists of South Africa (SIOPSA) and a member of the Institute of Directors
He holds a BCom in Industrial psychology and Business management, an MBA through the University of the North West,an MA in Coaching Psychology with a focus on Work-based Learning from Middlesex University in the UK as well as a post-graduate certificate in group process consultancy (using the tavistock methodology) through the University of South Africa. Mongezi is Doctoral candidate in Organisational Psychology with the Commonwealth University in the UK.
