Popular House DJ Monde started working at YFM back in 1997 and contributed alot to the Music Scene by working alongside International Jocks and travelling the world promoting South African House Music. He died from heart complications on the 23rd December 2009. He was working as a Music Manager for YFM at the time of his passing.

Mabelane Chegoane
Chegoane Mabelane is an established writer whose column features in News24, Sowetan and Drum magazine. Most of his articles are pro African National Congress (and its alliance) however it has been established that he last joined SACP in 1999 and ANCYL in 2000, of which he denies. In the year 2001 while studying at University of the Witwatersrand he contested in controversial SRC election under the banner of Nkwe Le Tau; other contestants were ANCYL, SASCO and ISA. He is currently chairperson of Chegoane Investment. He is a director of several companies (Football Intelligence Agency, African retina IT), as well as board member of community youth forums in Sekhukhune Land.
Mabele Prudence
Prudence Mabele broke ground in 1992 when she became the first black woman to reveal her HIV-positive status in South Africa. She has become one of South Africa's leading spokesperson & advocate for people living with HIV/AIDS. In 2004 she carried the Olympic torch as part of an international torch relay for the 2004 Olympics (Athens, Greece).
