Malibongwe Lancelot Ngcai

Malibongwe Lancelot Ngcai is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Eastern Cape Committee for the Commission on Traditional Leadership Disputes and Claims (CTLDC). Previously he was a Manager in the South African Social Social Security Agency, specifically for UMzimvubu Area in the Eastern Cape. He posesses a range of experience in the leadership from trade leadership to political and public service leadership. He has served in the Ngqeleni branch leadership structures of the UDF-affiliated National Education Union of South Africa (NEUSA), South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) in Libode Branch, African National Congress (ANC) Sub-regional Chairpersonship at Nyandeni Sub-region.
He has also served as an Assistant Director in fields like General Administration, Human Resource Management and Development and Labour Relations. He has served as a Deputy Director for Labour Relations.
His priority is to provide transformational leadership across the spectrum of life. He has proven to be champion of change initiatives.
He has performed tasks like Project Management, representation in Conciliations and Arbitration, presiding over disciplinary inquiries and training of managers in a range of areas including recruitment, grievance procedure, performance management, disciplinary procedure, sexual harassment and dispute resolution through conciliation and arbitration.
