Mr. M.E Luswazi is an engineering technician holding N Dip in Civil Engineering from Durban university of Technology (Pietermaritzburg Campus). Mr. Luswazi has worked exclusively on Demand Management/Water Loss Management contracts in KwaZulu-Natal, from 2008 to date. His focus in these areas include the economic minimization of distribution system losses from an operational perspective as well as maximizing financial return to water system operators through demand management and water conservation initiatives. He has extensive experience in analyzing municipal water distribution networks. He has worked as a project technician/officer in the Reduction of Non-revenue water in eThekwini and UGu District municipalities.
