King of Swaziland


Born 19-04-1968 in Swaziland

King Mswati III is Head of the Swazi Royal Family. He was chosen by Royal Council as the next the King of Swaziland after his father passed away when Mswati was 14 years old. Two female relatives served as regent while he continued his education at Sherborne School in England. He was then introduced as Crown Prince in September 1983 and was crowned King Mswati the Third in April 1986.
