Working with users and technology staff to identify areas for improvement.
Responding to requests and inquiries from users.
Conducting regular system maintenance.

Testing and developing of applications.
Developing of queries and database programs.
To perform any other task which might be assigned by management or his/her delegate.

I am specializing in Business Intelligence (BI). BI has been defined by most experts as the means to meet business expectations by providing an accurate picture of the business within the chosen timeframe. As a man with a tinge of information design in his background, I believe that experience is as important as the functionality. Therefore I extend that view to say that BI is a tool to try and deliver that ever-elusive phenomenon, insight. Insight is the ability to take far reaching decisions, with the most reduced form of information (which by no means is paramount), with the greatest impact and accuracy, which drives the business into the future.
