Dlamini-Zuma was married to President Jacob Zuma from 1972 to 1998.

Sexwale was a member of the World Cup 2010 Preparatory Committee and sat on the Board of Directors for 2010 FIFA World Cup. Sexwale is a member of Brookings Institution's International Advisory Council.

Koos Bekker is CEO of Naspers, the emerging markets media group operating in 129 countries. He led the founding team of M-Net in 1985, which resulted in pay TV operations today spanning 48 countries in Africa. In the early 1990's MTN was launched together with partners. Koos served as CEO of the MIH group until 1997, when he took over at Naspers. Since then the group moved strongly into the internet. Today Naspers has a presence in the internet in Eastern Europe, Latin America, China, India, Russia, and leads in pay TV in Africa. It also has various print titles in South Africa. Koos served on the local organising committee for the 2010 Fifa Soccer World Cup, as well as on various other bodies.

Danny Jordaan is a South African sports administrator as well as a former lecturer, politician and anti-apartheid activist. He played a leading role in the 2010 Fifa World Cup in South Africa, as CEO of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee South Africa. Jordaan has served on the marketing and television board of FIFA since 1998. He has also served FIFA as a General Co-ordinator for the Youth World Cup, 2001 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea/Japan.
