Kirsty's passion for learning, developing and training people stems from the start of her career as a secondary school teacher in New Zealand, where she completed a Bachelor of Music and gained her Teaching Diploma. She moved to London for a complete change of direction, embarking upon a career in financial services. During this time she obtained several financial qualifications, including her Advanced Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice, and Certificate in Financial Planning. She successfully managed a UK mortgage brokerage for 6 years before moving to Cape Town in 2005. Her passion for teaching and developing people, lead to the establishment of The Training Room Online.
