Karen Moss is founder and director of NGO STEPS, writer, social entrepreneur, businesswoman and life coach.

In July 2005, Karen expanded her career portfolio to include pioneering community work when a passionate vision led her to establish STEPS in South Africa. Karen’s groundbreaking work revolutionised the medical outlook for clubfoot care. As a direct result of Karen’s work in introducing the Ponseti method for clubfoot to Southern Africa, the number of babies successfully treated is now in the thousands.
