Jonathan Mahapa

Jonathan Mahapa is the account manager at Text 100 Global Public Relations. Prior to joining Text 100, he held similar position at Fleishman-Hillard Johannesburg, where he joined the company in March 2008 as senior account executive.

Mahapa’s previous six year PR experience focused primarily on IT and telecoms, financial and professional Services, executive search and selection, agriculture, timber, marketing, and cosmetics industries.

Between 2004 and 2009, he worked for various PR agencies such Beachhead Media and Investor Relations, Tish Stewart Public Relations, Letsema Communications and Fleishman-Hillard, specialising in media relations (writing and pitching stories to the media), PR, investor relations, events and project management.

Mr Mahapa has a National Diploma in Public Relations Management (majoring in media studies, communications science and public relations) from the Vaal University of Technology.
