Experienced and skilled in the residential private sector as a CAD Architecturally Residential Draughtsman freelance working mainly with CAD programs: AutoCAD, DataCAD and Adobe CS PhotoShop, which are also my passion.

Since 2003 I have completed numerous residential plans, up to 1000sqm size and double-storey. As well I have been worked for several architectural firms as a CAD draughtsman on contractual basis; and capable of producing full set of working drawings. This has involved dealing with full drawing up of all buildings of various dwelling types included complexes (including Fernbrook Estate, Eagle Canyon Golf Estate and Blue Valley Golf & Country Estate) and as well some office space planning. This involved in drawing-up complete plan on new houses as well as undertaking alterations to houses: -
- Designing of new dwellings (residential proposals)
- Extensions to existing dwellings (extend a lounge, or other rooms, etc)
- Additions to existing dwellings (add servant’s quarters / garages / roofed patios, etc)
- Alterations to existing dwellings (convert granny cottages / flatlets, etc)

Fully responsible and dealing on all submission and type of plans and related procedures with various local Council and departments, and authorised organisations (e.g. Fire Rational Design, Geological Engineer, Water & Sewer Department, Roads, Transport & Civil Works, etc).
