Negotiate and co-ordinate freelance suppliers linked to the
publishing value-chain on all individual titles on the self-publishing publications list.

Advise clients on format, design,costing and break-even analysis; marketing, distribution and printing

Place print orders at various printers for backorders.
Manage stock levels of all Crink titles.

Write blurbs and related marketing material for each individual title.

Establish and enhance effective working relationships with suppliers, authors and others in the publishing team, including sourcing or finding of new suppliers and building a freelance supplier capacity.

Set-up and manage a budget for all self-publishing titles within the
company and for individual titles.

Build and maintain sufficient publishing list across all genres.
Calculate royalty payments.

Draft and simplify royalty contracts.

Intensively work with designers to optimize cover and layout design.

Undertake scheduling for individual self-publishing and corporate
publishing projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Set-up, implement and manage marketing strategies to promote the self-publishing titles and the services of Crink.

Involved in the digitization of the publishing value chain for corporate clients.

Development of a beneficial business model for both Crink and self-published authors

My main duties are to edit and ghost-write all the articles for numerous authors making sure all content are inline with the editorial policy and according to journalistic standards.

Manage the production schedule for the magazine making
sure all articles are submitted for proofreading and design within deadlines.

Work closely with graphic designer to ensure overall design and layout of magazine is suitable for target audience.
