Manufacturing and Industrial
Managing all aspects of manufacturing: throughput, human capital, energy, materials, quality, manufacturing costs. I eventually moved into my first role that focused on the humanities: Training Co-ordinator for the business unit: engineered products & earthmover tyres. It is in this role that I saw the interest to move quite closer into the people side of business management. I managed the training cycle, and delivered some of the training myself, though some was through external evendors, whom I engaged as part of the cycle of managing training & development of mu business unit's people.
