Gillian launched Adtherapy as a consulting company to Marketers and Advertising Agencies, with a view to improving the quality of advertising, and therefore the effectiveness of ad investment. The company reviews creative work, relationships and skills and develops strategies to improve those areas that affect the overall quality of the end output. She also conducts Executive Leadership mentoring and coaching in this industry. In addition, Gillian consults to Moya, a range of skin and body products made from indigenous Cape Fynbos. the range is stocked in select Woolworths stores, and used in treatments in top Spa's worldwide. Gillian also lectures Advertising at UCT in the School of Management Science.
