I am a creative person who is passionate about introducing the LGBTI community as part of larger society and giving them a voice on African soil. In the last two years I have become one of the faces of gay rights in Africa as the anchor and producer of Radio Today Outspoken, the only fully Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex talk show in Africa.
I dream of the day that all 53 countries in Africa start recognizing the LGBTI community as human.

Mr Gay South Africa is an annual contest for gay men whose directors are Coenie Kukkuk, Barry Vorster and John-Louis O'Neil. The competition is defined by the organisation as the search for the ultimate gay male in South Africa - the quest to find a representative and an ambassador for the LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex) community of South Africa. Mr. Gay South Africa is a heavily promoted role in that country and the title holder takes his job of educating, informing and campaigning to the public at large.
