He is an Entrepreneur. He owns 3 companies: Silvervision Studios, Iconic Soul Records and WUNLUV CLOTHING. He always had a great interest in computers and electronics . His first company, DTE technologies, had become the 3rd place winner in the business competition of Branson School of Entrepreneurship in 2009, DTE later took a different curve after he and his partner went seperate ways. Earl also was ranked as one of the most creative graphic designers in South Africa in 2008. Earl was dubbed by the people he knows as "The Kingpin" because of his creative business ideas and succesful track record.

His motto is: "You are succesful once you have assisted somebody in becoming succesful"
