Daryl Impey

Professional Road Cyclist for Team Radioshack


Born in Johannesburg

Dary Impey is a South African professional road cyclist who currently rides for Lance Armstrong's Team RadioShack. His best win to date has been the 2009 Tour of Turkey. During the final stage in the Tour of Turkey he had a horrible crash. Despite being seriously injured he got back on his bike and crossed the line, winning the tour. After the crash he was taken to the hospital and couldn't race for four months.
