An organisational risk specialist that began his career in people management and people risk, as an occupational psychologist working in Human Resources and Learning and Development. Brett later moved into an applied role - risk consulting, specialising in formulation of enterprise risk management frameworks, behavioural risk management and C-Suite enterprise risk workshops. Brett also has recent experience of running a commercial training centre. Although he has deep experience of working for financial services and especially insurance organisations, Brett's client experiences range across all industry sectors, focusing increasingly on aviation since 2005.
Brett's client experience now spans the globe - having completed assignments in Brazil; Colombia; USA; UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands; Czech Republic; Serbia; Bahrain; Pakistan; Mauritius and South Africa.
