Mvela Resources is a broad-based, pan-African empowerment mining investment & exploration company. The Company currently has significant investments in quality South African Assets in the gold, platinum & diamond sectors as well as exploration and development joint ventures in sub-Saharan Africa, with its primary focus on South Africa. To better reflect the nature of the Company's business & future strategy, Mvela Resources moved from the "Platinum" sector of the JSE Ltd to the "other Mineral Extractors & Mines" sector with effect from 20 June 2005.
